Conditions

1. Accommodation will be ready for occupation from 4pm ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL and must be vacated by 10am ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. This is ESSENTIAL for cleaning of the apartments/cottages. If the apartments/cottages are not vacated by 10am on the day of departure, there will be a surcharge of TWENTY FIVE POUNDS (£25) per hour thereafter.
2. In the event of a cancellation, this must be notified at least four weeks in advance. After that time, ALL monies will be forfeited. The Deposit is a booking fee and is not returnable.
3. Should a property become unavailable through any cause such as a fire etc, our liability will be limited to the amount of rent paid.
4. No liability will be accepted for loss of articles, valuables or personal accident or injuries sustained by visitors during their stay.
5. All breakages or damage to property, furniture, fixtures or windows will be charged for.
6. Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.
7. All cars parked at owners risk.
8. Pets are allowed in the ground floor apartments only, but must not be allowed to sleep on the furniture or beds. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, except when in the owners' apartment. They must, at no time be allowed to roam unaccompanied by the owner.
9. The number of persons occupying the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the brochure.
10. (A) APARTMENTS. All linen is supplied except towels, cot blankets and cot linen. Towels, cot blankets and cot linen can be supplied to persons coming abroad.
(B) COTTAGES. Linen is not supplied but can be provided at £10 per week
extra.
11. The company reserves the right to close and redecorate certain facilities in low season.
12. The owners' reserve the right to enter all apartments at anytime if it is necessary for their running and safety.
13. No arrivals after 8pm unless special arrangements are made.
14. No single sex bookings will be accepted unless the management give written consent.
15. No bookings will be accepted where all members of the party are under 23 years of age unless management give their written consent.

16. The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property and/or comfort of the other guest.
17. No persons must enter the Swimming Pool and Gymnasium areas until they have read the rules. Children under 15 years of age are not allowed into the swimming pool and gymnasium areas unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult. The keys for the facilities must not be given to children under 15 years of age.
18. The snooker room is a licensed area. Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted to enter. Youths between the ages of 14 - 18 years may use this facility, but only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
19. The outdoor swimming pool is heated only in the summer seasons.
20. Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure that the particulars in our brochure and literature are correct, the proprietors cannot be held liable in respect of changes or alterations made.
